:: Peculiarities of work of filters (mat). ::

To avoid uncensored speech in chat, can be used the following mechanism of filtration.
A message from a visitor:
"it is snowing outside" transforms to "itissnowingoutside",
after that it checks for uncensored words in given phrase
according to the list of words taken from the file "/config/mat"
Recommended not to use repetitions in the file "mat".
Words in the file should save in koi8-r encode and keep of non using <CR>
sign at the end of the line.
In case your editor can't save the file without <CR>, I recommend you to use a
program that's able to cut out this sign from the file. You can take it here:
REM_CR.EXE.
